ORDER STATUS

When will my order ship?

Your order will be processed as soon it is received! Talkietech.com makes every effort to ship out orders within 24 hours. If your order was made before 3:00 P.M. PST, Monday through Friday, it will usually ship on the same business day. Orders received after 3:00 P.M. PST will be shipped on the following business day. Please note that all orders are double-checked for accuracy before being sent to the customer.

Why hasnít my order been shipped out yet?

All orders are checked for accuracy before shipment. A delivery confirmation number or a tracking number will be e-mailed to you after your order has been shipped. In certain circumstances your order may be delayed 1-3 days, if there is a problem verifying payment. Talkietech.com makes every effort to ensure fraud protection. If your order cannot be verified, Talkietech.com will cancel your order and you will receive an e-mail notification stating the reason for cancellation. Talkietech.com reserves the right to cancel orders at its sole discretion.

Can I cancel my order once itís submitted?

No, orders cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted. All orders occur in real-time and cannot be cancelled. The customer assumes responsibility of the charges for the order before it is submitted. If your order falls under Talkietech.com's Return Policy requirements, you may go through the Return Policy to return the item. Customers, who refuse a package and return it to Talkietech.com, will be charged $10.00 to their credit card to cover shipping and handling charges.

Can I place an order over the phone?

Orders may be submitted via telephone. Please call our sales department to place an order over the phone.

Does Talkietech.com sell to government agencies or large corporations?

Talkietech.com does cater to government agencies and large corporations. In fact, we specialize in processing large orders to corporations and government agencies. For more information please e-mail or call our sales department.

SHIPPING INFORMATION

How much is shipping?

United States -

Talkietech.com offers FREE  First Class USPS shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. Regardless of the number of items or weight, if your order is shipped anywhere within the US, shipping via First Class will be free. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers who received free shipping on an order, but returned their item(s), will be charged the standard restocking fee of 15%.

Canada -

Orders shipped to Canada will be charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $9.95. Please be aware that, on orders that are subject to Canadian regulations, it is the responsibility of the Customer to abide by customs laws and pay all applicable taxes or duties.  

Other Countries -

Orders shipped to countries outside the U.S. or Canada will be charged $9.95 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item. Please note that orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to certain rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of the Customer to abide by customs laws and pay for all applicable taxes, customs fees and/or duties.

How will my orders be shippped?

Talkietech.com makes every effort to ensure that your order arrives undamaged. Each item is securely packed in bubble wrap or other protective, shock-absorbing material and placed in a sturdy box or bubble-lined envelope, for maximum protection. We take the extra time to make sure that each order arrives safely and in mint condition.

When will my orders ship?

Once your order is received, our sales staff will verify the order and send it to our shipping department, which will locate the item(s), pack your order, double-check the items for accuracy and ship out the item(s). The entire process takes about 1 business day, but many orders are shipped out on the same day! We pride ourselves in having one of the most efficient systems in the industry.

Although most orders ship within 1 business day, some orders may take longer. If we cannot verify an address, or if we have problems processing a payment, the order will be delayed until the issue is resolved. To ensure that your order ships quickly, please make sure that you have specified a valid shipping address, and that your payment information is correct, before placing an order. Talkietech.com will send an e-mail, detailing the reason for cancellation, if an order is cancelled.

When can I expect my item(s) to arrive?

You will receive either a delivery confirmation or tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS, depending on the weight and value of your order. Packages weighing 13oz or less ship via USPS first class, while orders weighing more than 13oz ship via USPS Priority. UPS is used for all orders valued over $75 and all packages weighing 3lbs. or more.

Please note that Talkietech.com provides a shipping confirmation number for packages sent via USPS Priority or USPS First Class. A shipping confirmation number is different from a tracking number. Unlike a tracking number, which customers can use to track their order, a shipping confirmation number simply informs us that a package has been delivered and may not be scanned until the package is delivered.

Shipping via USPS First Class or UPS usually takes between 1 to 5 business days, after the order has left our warehouse. Packages sent via USPS Priority generally take between 1-3 business days.

Orders shipped to Canada or to countries outside the United States are shipped via USPS International Mail, which takes between 6 to 10 business days for delivery, but may be delayed due to Customs. Customers should be aware that delays caused by their Customs Office, are out of our control. In rare cases, an order may take up to 30 days. If your order has not been received within a reasonable time, you are encouraged to contact your local post office and inquire about any possible delays to your package.

My items havenít arrived, what should I do?

If you haven't received your order, please make sure that your shipping address is accurate. If you notice a mistake on your address, please contact customer support, immediately. It may also be a good idea to contact the carrier to get the status of your order. Talkietech.com acknowledges that carriers do make mistakes, and will work with both the customer and the carrier to rectify a problem.

Many times a package may be delivered to the wrong address or the wrong person. Please check with other household members, neighbors or your company's front desk.

If you still have not received your order, contact customer support for assistance.

Does Talkietech.com ship to Canada?

Yes, Talkietech.com does ship packages to Canada. Packages to Canada are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail, which takes between 6 to 10 business days.

Can I pick up my products from your location?

Unfortunately, we do not offer pick-up at this time.

What methods of payment does Talkietech accept?

For your convenience, Talkietech.com accepts all major forms of credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. We also accept Google Checkout. Please note that Talkietech.com does not charge your credit card until your order is processed and shipped out.

If you would like to pay by check, or money order please contact Customer Service at customerservice@talkietech.com, to make arrangements. Checks must clear before your order is processed, no exceptions.

Why are your prices so low?

Talkietech.com can offer low, discounted prices on all wireless aftermarket and OEM accessories because we have a direct relationship with a large number of wireless accessory manufacturers, many of which are located overseas. We've established a factory-direct relationship with the biggest mobile device manufacturers to save you money. We beat out our competitors with a large volume of products, factory-direct sourcing, superior customer service and an efficient back-end process. We are also a distributor of wireless accessory products, which allows us to pass on significant savings to our customers.

Will I be charged for Sales Tax?

Customers are NOT charged sales tax, unless the order is shipped to an address in California. The current Los Angeles County CA sales tax rate of 8.75% applies to all orders shipped within California. Orders shipped to Canada or outside of California are not charged sales tax. If you believe that you're exempt from paying sales tax, but were charged, please contact customer service at customerservice@talkietech.com

Please note that Talkietech.com does not assume responsibility for customs duties. Canadian residents must determine and pay any tax applicable to their order. Talkietech.com does not collect or determine customs duties, and it is the responsibility of the customer.

How can I tell if my phone is compatible with a certain accessory?

Talkietech.com makes every effort to make sure that every item listed under a certain phone is compatible with that phone. If an accessory is listed in a section under your phone model, you can be sure that it is compatible with your phone. Each item undergoes a 10-step quality test, one of which is for compatibility and fitment. Please double-check your phone model before making a purchase. Although the phones may look similar, the accessories may not be compatible if it is not the specific model listed.

If you believe that an item that was not listed under your phone model is compatible with your cell phone, please contact customer service at customerservice@talkietech.com and we would be happy assist you in determining compatibility.

RETURNS

What is Talkietech.comís return policy?

Talkietech.com assures your satisfaction by offering a 15-day money back guarantee or exchange on all our products (except opened CD/software), as long as the item is returned in "new" condition and it is returned within 15 days from the date the item is received. An item is considered "new" if the item has never been used, installed and it is in the same condition as it was received from Talkietech.com. The item must be returned in the original packaging and must not have scratches, dings, dents or show signs of usage. Returned items that are not considered "new," show signs of wear, or items that do not include the original packaging, will be denied and the refund will not be issued. Talkietech.com will send an e-mail to the customer, detailing the reason for denial, if a return is declined, and the customer will be charged an additional $3.95 for shipping back the item.

Shipping and handling charges are not refundable. All returned order will be charged a restocking fee of 15%.

Please note that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on opened CDs or software, which are exempt from this return policy.

The customer is responsible for all shipping costs related to returning the item back to Talkietech.com, located in Los Angeles, California. We recommend that customers use a traceable service when returning an item, such as UPS, DHL, USPS (with delivery confirmation), or FedEx. Talkietech.com is not responsible for packages lost by the shipping carrier used to return the item.

Does my order qualify for return or exchange?

Your item qualifies for a return or exchange if it is returned within 15 days after receiving the item from our warehouse and it is in "new" condition. Please refer to the return policy to see if your item is still considered "new."

For defective items, please see below to determine if your item is covered under our Warranty Policy.

How do I return my Item?

Follow the instructions below to return or exchange an item:

  1. Read the Return Policy or the Warranty Policy carefully and make sure the item qualifies for return or exchange.
  2. Package the item securely, making sure you include the original packaging as described in the Return Policy.
  3. Include a copy of the order invoice, which is usually mailed out with each order.
  4. Complete the Talkietech.com Return Form. You can download the Return Form by clicking on this link: Return Form, or please contact Customer Service at customerservice@talkietech.com. Packages returned without a Talkietech.com Return Form will not be accepted.
  5. Include the item that is being returned, the order invoice, and the Return Form and sent it to:

After we receive the returned item and verify that it does meet our Return Policy's guidelines, your credit card will be credited the amount for the items returned less the non-refundable shipping and handling fees. Please allow up to 14 days after shipping the item back, for the credit to appear on your credit card. If you do not receive an e-mail confirming the refund within 14 days, contact Customer Service at customerservice@talkietech.com.

WARRANTY

What is Talkietech.comís Warranty Policy?

General Products Warranty:

All non-OEM, after-market products offered by Talkietech.com, except batteries, are accompanied with a 1-year limited warranty. Aftermarket products are defined as products not manufactured by the Original Equipment Manufacturer, which are labeled as OEM on the description of the product. If you are having problems identifying OEM versus aftermarket products, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@talkietech.com for assistance. The 1-year limited warranty offered by Talkietech.com applies to non-OEM items that fail to function due to a manufacturer defect in workmanship or materials. The warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged due to customer negligence or abuse, and including but not limited to: misuse, abuse, damages caused by accident, operating the product outside the permitted or intended uses described by Talkietech.com, flood, fire, earthquakes or other external causes, or modifications made outside the guidelines provided by Talkietech.com. Please note that installation of any aftermarket products offered by Talkietech.com is at your own risk. Talkietech.com takes no responsibility for damages caused by misuse or general use of our products.

If your item meets the aforementioned conditions outlined under Talkietech.com's Warranty Policy, Talkietech.com will replace your item with a similar or comparable item, under its discretion. Items that are returned but do not meet the requirements above, will be rejected and its ownership will be forfeited to Talkietech.com.

Batteries:

All OEM and aftermarket batteries offered  by Talkietech.com, come with a 30-day warranty from the day the item is received. The 30-day warranty applies to batteries that fail to function due to a manufacturer defect in workmanship or materials, but does not include damages caused by the customer, water, misuse, abuse, fire or other factors due to customer negligence. Talkietech.com recommends that customers charge their batteries for a full 12 hours or according to their phone manufacturer's recommendation before use.

OEM Products:

Talkietech.com sells a large number of OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) products. These items can be identified by the "OEM" label in the product's title or description. Items that are Original Equipment Manufacturer, such as those manufactured by Motorola, Samsung, LG, etc, are covered by the original manufacturer and not Talkietech.com. Please refer to the original manufacturer's website for support on OEM items. If you need help contacting a particular manufacturer, contact Customer Service at customerservice@talkietech.com.

How do I return an item under Talkietech.com's Warranty Policy?

Please follow the instructions above to return an item and enclose a check for $3.95. You must include the defective item, order invoice, Talkietech.com Return Form, and a check for $3.95 made payable to Talkietech.com. Returns made under the Warranty Policy, without a check for $3.95 will not be accepted and the item will be forfeited to Talkietech.com. The $3.95 fee is to cover shipping and handling costs and cannot be waived.

Include the item that is being returned, order invoice, completed Return Form, and a check for $3.95 (made payable to Talkietech.com) and sent it to:
