compatible with drivers included with the data software for your phone (sold
separately). Additional software is required to allow transfer of files, manage
contact lists, add ringtones, and background pictures, etc. Talkietech.com does
not offer software support for data cables.

UNITED STATES
Talkietech.com offers FREE shipping on all orders over $45 within the United States. Regardless of the number of cell phone accessories or weight, if your order is over $45 (excluding CA sales tax for CA Residents), shipping will be free. Orders that are less than $45, will be charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $3.95, regardless of size. Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Customers who received free shipping on an order, but returned their item(s), will be charged the standard flat shipping and handling fee or $3.95.
CANADA
Orders shipped to Canada will be charged a flat shipping and handling fee of $9.95. Please be aware that, on orders that are subject to Canadian regulations, it is the responsibility of the Customer to abide by customs laws and pay all applicable taxes or duties.
OTHER COUNTRIES
Orders shipped to countries outside the U.S. or Canada will be charged $9.95 for the first item plus $2.00 for each additional item. Note that orders shipped outside the U.S. may be subject to certain rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of the Customer to abide by customs laws and pay for all applicable taxes, customs fees and/or duties.

SHIPPING METHODS AND TRACKING
You will receive either a delivery confirmation or tracking number as soon as your order leaves our warehouse. Orders are shipped via USPS First Class, USPS Priority or UPS, depending on the weight and value of your order. Packages weighing 13oz or less ship via USPS first class, while orders weighing more than 13oz ship via USPS Priority. UPS is used for all orders valued over $75 and all packages weighing 3lbs. or more.
Please note that Talkietech.com provides a shipping confirmation number for packages sent via USPS Priority or USPS First Class. A shipping confirmation number is different from a tracking number. Unlike a tracking number, which customers can use to track their order, a shipping confirmation number simply informs us that a package has been delivered and may not be scanned until the package is delivered.
SHIPPING TIMEFRAME
Shipping via USPS First Class or UPS usually takes between 1 to 5 business days, after the order has left our warehouse. Packages sent via USPS Priority generally take between 1-3 business days.
Orders shipped to Canada or countries outside the U.S. are shipped via USPS Global Priority Mail, which takes between 6 to 10 business days for delivery, but may be delayed due to Customs. Customers should be aware that delays caused by their Customs Office, are out of our control. In rare cases, an order may take up to 30 days. If your order has not been received within a reasonable time, you are encouraged to contact your local post office and inquire about any possible delays to your package.
