I was definitely surprised at the appeal of the product online and the competitiveness of pricing, for the items I bought it was literally about 30% less than I would have paid even at a retail outlet. I was expecting my purchase to arrive within a week or so and it came the next day! WOW was I impressed. The actual product looked as the product shown online but in 4D and I have enjoyed the products as well as they have come in very handy. the price got a 5 because WOW I have saved so much money over the service providers store, or even Walmart, Target or Radio Shack Shipping options get a 5 because i only chose the cheapest but I still had my order in I think 3 days. So you are not forced to choose the most expensive option in order to get my stuff quick Delivery got a 5 because of 3 days Customer service gets a % because I didnt have to deal with them BUT one of the things i wanted was sold out and it allowed me to get an email of when it would be back in stock and 2 days l8r it was there -N.
